Tahini Yogurt Dressing

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 120 g vegan yogurt (plain, unsweetened)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic (minced or grated)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp agave
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

Method

  1. Whisk all ingredients until smooth. Thin with a splash of water if needed.

Notes

  • Add chopped herbs (parsley, dill, cilantro) for variation.
